By joining the UUNA TEK Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties and to protect the integrity of the UUNA TEK® brand.
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 5% to 20% commission, depending on the product category.
The average order value is $1,000 USD, offering strong earning potential.
Commissions are calculated on the final sale amount (excluding taxes, discounts, returns, or cancellations).
2. Payout Terms
Commissions are paid monthly after the 30-day return period has passed.
Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer. A valid payment method must be provided.
A minimum payout threshold of $50 USD applies.
3. Prohibited Advertising
Brand bidding is strictly prohibited. You may not use our brand names (UUNA TEK, iDraw, iAuto) in:
Google Ads
Bing Ads
Any paid search engine campaigns
Misspellings or variations of our brand names are also prohibited in paid ads.
You may use brand names in SEO, social media, videos, blogs, and other organic content.
4. Paid Search Policy
To use brand keywords in any form of paid advertising, prior written approval is required.
Email support@uunatek.com to request permission. Unapproved use will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
5. Promotional Conduct
Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims about UUNA TEK® products.
Affiliates may not portray themselves as UUNA TEK® employees or official representatives.
Spam, cookie stuffing, ad hijacking, and other unethical marketing practices are strictly forbidden.
6. Use of Assets
Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by UUNA TEK.
Modifications to our logo or product images require written approval.
7. Termination
UUNA TEK reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for violations of these terms or any unethical behavior.
Upon termination, all pending commissions may be withheld at UUNA TEK’s discretion.
8. Updates to Terms
UUNA TEK may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email or dashboard updates.
