N1o1 Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement By participating in the N1o1 Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement defines your rights and responsibilities as an affiliate ("Affiliate") of N1o1 ("Company"). N1o1 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, with changes effective upon notification to Affiliates.
2. Enrollment To join the Program, Affiliates must submit a complete application through our designated affiliate platform. Approval into the Program is at the sole discretion of N1o1.
3. Affiliate Obligations Affiliates agree to:
Promote N1o1 products truthfully and accurately.
Use promotional methods compliant with applicable laws and ethical practices.
Maintain accurate contact and payment information.
Disclose affiliate relationships clearly and conspicuously as required by FTC guidelines.
4. Prohibited Activities Affiliates are explicitly prohibited from:
Trademark bidding, including bidding on "N1o1" and variations thereof in any PPC (Pay-Per-Click) marketing campaigns.
Engaging in PPC advertising on search engines or social media platforms using the brand name "N1o1" or related keywords.
Using misleading or false information about N1o1 products, promotions, or brand identity.
Promoting or distributing non-qualified coupon codes or unauthorized offers.
Any activity that could harm the reputation of N1o1 or its products.
5. Commission and Payments Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases generated through approved affiliate tracking links. Payments are made monthly via the payment method provided by the Affiliate, provided the minimum payment threshold has been reached.
6. Termination N1o1 reserves the right to terminate Affiliate participation at any time, without prior notice, for:
Violation of this Agreement.
Promotion of misleading, inaccurate, or false information.
Use or sharing of non-qualified or unauthorized coupon codes.
Upon termination, all Affiliate rights and licenses granted herein immediately cease, and outstanding commission payments may be withheld at the discretion of N1o1.
7. Confidentiality Affiliates agree to protect and not disclose confidential information shared by N1o1, including but not limited to business strategies, customer data, and proprietary information.
8. Liability N1o1 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the Program. Affiliates agree to indemnify N1o1 from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from breaches of this Agreement.
9. Miscellaneous This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between N1o1 and the Affiliate. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of N1o1.
