Terms and Conditions of the ANITA & ZAHA Affiliate Program
1. Introduction
By joining the ANITA & ZAHA Affiliate Program ("Program"), affiliates ("Affiliates") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Program is operated by ANITA & ZAHA ("Company"), and its objective is to promote the sale of the Company’s products through Affiliate referrals.
2. Affiliate Eligibility
To participate in the Program, Affiliates must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Own and operate a website, blog, or other online platforms suitable for promoting ANITA & ZAHA products.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 15% commission on the net sale amount of every completed purchase made through their unique referral link.
Commission will only be earned for completed and approved sales. Canceled or refunded orders will not qualify for commission.
The Company reserves the right to change the commission rate at any time with prior notice to Affiliates.
4. Payment Terms
Affiliates will receive commission payments via Awin according to the payment schedule set by the affiliate network.
Commission payments are subject to a minimum threshold of €50.
The Company is not responsible for any delay or issues arising from Awin's payment system.
5. Affiliate Obligations
Affiliates agree to:
Promote the Company’s products and services in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner.
Not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices in connection with the Program.
Only use promotional materials provided by ANITA & ZAHA or approved by the Company.
6. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates may not:
Use misleading, unlawful, or unethical marketing practices.
Promote products through spam emails or unauthorized ads.
Engage in any form of “cookie stuffing” or other fraudulent activity to generate commissions.
Promote ANITA & ZAHA products on websites or platforms that are illegal, discriminatory, or contain offensive content.
7. Termination of Program Participation
Either the Affiliate or the Company may terminate participation in the Program at any time.
The Company may terminate an Affiliate’s account if they breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in unlawful or unethical conduct.
Upon termination, the Affiliate will be entitled to commissions for any valid sales generated prior to termination, provided the sale complies with the terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Affiliate Program.
Affiliates understand that participation in the Program does not guarantee any level of success or sales.
9. Changes to the Program
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice to Affiliates.
Affiliates will be informed of significant changes, and the continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
10. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained through the Program, including business operations, customer data, and financial information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Angers, France.
