The Mayfair Hall Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the affiliate program ("Program") offered by The Mayfair Hall ("Company"). By joining the Program, you agree to abide by the following Terms, which are designed to ensure a fair and mutually respectful collaboration.
1. Enrollment
Upon submission of your application, our team will thoughtfully review your website(s) and respond with acceptance or decline within 30 days. The Mayfair Hall reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion, particularly if submitted platforms do not align with our values or guidelines.
2. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may only promote The Mayfair Hall using promotional codes or offers provided directly through our official affiliate platform.
- Bidding on trademarked terms, including variations or misspellings of The Mayfair Hall, is strictly prohibited in paid search advertising.
- Use of domain names, social media handles, or other digital identifiers that include The Mayfair Hall or closely resembling variations is not permitted.
3. Return Policy
The Mayfair Hall offers a 30-day return policy on select items. Any returns or cancellations that affect commission eligibility will be reconciled at the end of the calendar month.
4. Compliance and Enforcement
Affiliates found to be in violation of these Terms may have commissions withheld and/or be removed from the Program.
5. Commissionable Items
Commission is awarded only on eligible product purchases. The following are not commissionable: taxes, shipping and delivery fees, warranties, gift cards or e-gift cards, and other non-product items.
6. Prohibited Marketing Techniques
The following marketing methods are not permitted under any circumstances:
- Paid search (PPC) campaigns on any platform.
- Registering domains that include The Mayfair Hall name or its variants.
- Use of pop-ups, pop-unders, or other intrusive advertising formats.
- Misleading users through deceptive URLs or subdomains.
- Representing The Mayfair Hall’s identity inaccurately in social media or public promotions.
7. Coupon Code Guidelines
Affiliates may only advertise promotional codes provided by The Mayfair Hall or its authorized representatives. Publicizing codes from unauthorized sources is not allowed.
8. Toolbar Promotion
Affiliates must receive express written consent from The Mayfair Hall prior to engaging in any form of toolbar-based promotion.
9. Incentivized Traffic
Incentivized traffic is allowed exclusively from approved cashback or loyalty-based affiliate partners.
10. Email Marketing
Affiliates intending to run email campaigns must first obtain written approval from The Mayfair Hall.
11. Enforcement of Terms
Violation of any of these terms may result in termination from the Program and the forfeiture of any pending commissions.
