### **Commission & Payments*** \- Affiliates earn a **10% commission** on every successful sale made through the unique tracking link.* \- Commissions are paid on the **net sale amount** (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and refunds).* \- Payments are processed **monthly.*** \- Commissions will not be awarded for returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders.### **Promotional Guidelines*** \- Affiliates may promote L Cell through **websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and paid ads** (excluding unauthorized methods—see below).* \- Affiliates **must not** use misleading claims, false advertising, or deceptive practices to promote L Cell products.* **\- Paid search restrictions:** Bidding on L Cell brand terms, misspellings, or variations is prohibited.### **Content & Brand Compliance*** \- Affiliates may use **approved marketing materials** provided by L Cell.* \- Affiliates may not modify product claims or misrepresent L Cell’s products and benefits.* \- L Cell reserves the right to **review and request edits** to any promotional content.### **Tracking & Attribution*** \- Sales are tracked using **cookies with a 30-day attribution window**.* \- If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking an affiliate’s link, the affiliate earns the commission.* \- If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the **last-click model** applies.### **Termination & Violations*** \- L Cell reserves the right to terminate affiliates who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or harm the brand’s reputation.* \- Affiliates may leave the program at any time by notifying the L Cell team.By applying to the L Cell Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
