* \- Affiliates **must not** make false, misleading, or exaggerated health claims about L Cell products.
### **Use of Logos, Images & Content**
* \- Affiliates may only use **official L Cell logos, images, and promotional materials** provided through the Awin platform or by L Cell directly.
* **\- Modifying L Cell’s logo or marketing materials** without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
* \- Affiliates **must not** use brand assets in a way that could mislead consumers into thinking they are L Cell’s official representatives.
### **Paid Advertising & Keyword Bidding**
* **\- Brand keyword bidding is not allowed**, including:
* “L Cell”
* \- Misspellings or variations (e.g., “LCell,” “LCel”)
* \- Combinations with other words (e.g., “L Cell discount,” “L Cell longevity”)
* \- Affiliates may not run **Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other paid search campaigns** using L Cell brand terms.
* \- Affiliates **must not** outbid L Cell on any branded search terms.
### **Website & Domain Restrictions**
* \- Affiliates **may not register domains containing ‘L Cell’** or close variations (e.g., LCellSupplements.com).
* \- Websites promoting L Cell must clearly state they are **an affiliate and not an official L Cell website**.
### **Violations & Enforcement**
* \- L Cell actively monitors affiliate activity to ensure compliance with these branding terms.
* \- Affiliates who **violate branding guidelines** may receive a warning, have commissions withheld, or be removed from the program.
