Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
All affiliates must comply with these terms. Violations may result in termination and commission forfeiture.
I. Prohibited Activities
- Traffic Fraud
- ▪️Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: spam emails (must comply with CAN-SPAM Act), fake clicks, bot traffic, and incentivized clicks.
▪️Violators will be terminated immediately with all commissions revoked.
2. Brand Term Bidding (TM+ Ads)
▪️Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on [Jartoo] trademarks, variations, or misspellings in paid ads (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
▪️This includes combinations with terms like "discount," "coupon," or "review."
▪️Violations will result in permanent removal and commission reversal.
3. Unauthorized Coupons
▪️Only officially provided coupon codes may be used.
▪️Creating, distributing, or promoting unauthorized codes is strictly prohibited.
4. Cookie Overwriting
▪️Any attempt to overwrite or interfere with other affiliates' tracking cookies is forbidden.
▪️Prohibited methods include forced redirects, pop-ups, or JavaScript injections.
II. Compliance Requirements
5. Disclosure Requirements
▪️All promotional content must include clear disclosures such as:
"#Ad"
"#Affiliate"
"Paid partnership with Jartoo"
▪️Disclosures must be prominently placed before any affiliate links.
6. Truth in Advertising
▪️Misleading claims like "limited time offer" or "exclusive discount" are prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
III. Commission Structure
7. Quality Content Incentives
▪️Premium commissions (up to 5% higher) are available for:
▪️Original content (reviews, tutorials) on authoritative sites
▪️Priority support is given to high quality affiliates with long term partnerships and low return rates.
IV. Monitoring & Enforcement
8. Fraud Prevention
▪️We reserve the right to:
Audit all traffic sources
Withhold commissions from suspicious orders
Terminate accounts for fraudulent activity
9. Violation Penalties
▪️First offence: Warning and 7-day commission hold
▪️Second offence: Permanent termination and commission recovery
▪️Severe violations: Legal action may be pursued
V. General Provisions
10. Policy Changes
We may modify these terms with 30 days' email notice to affiliates.
11. Dispute Resolution
▪️All disputes will be governed by English language terms.
▪️Jartoo retains final interpretation rights.
