Any unauthorised voucher codes or offers that are promoted will result in commission not being paid.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise.

Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.

All voucher code activity must be conducted in line with the IAB code of conduct.

Affiliates must not use the “Travelsphere” brand name, brand name misspelling or similar variations as keyword or keyword phrases for the purpose of targeting adverts on PPC search engines.

Affiliates must not use the “Travelsphere” brand name, brand name misspelling or similar variations as a display URL or destination URL for the purpose of targeting adverts on PPC search engines.

Affiliates must not use the “Travelsphere” brand name, brand name misspelling or similar variations in any domain names or subdomains.

Affiliates must not create another website representing themselves or passing themselves off as being “Travelsphere” or taking any action which is likely to confuse or mislead third parties to believe that such partner site is the “client”.

Anyone found infringing these terms will be contacted by the Travelsphere Affiliate Team. Please note anyone in breach of the T&Cs may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme. In extreme circumstances, Travelsphere reserves the right to immediately suspend any affiliates found in breach of these terms and conditions, declining any commissions accrued from the activity.

Terms & Conditions will be reviewed periodically. We will notify affiliates of any changes.
