Transaction Queries
All transaction queries must be uploaded within 60 days of the transaction date. Any transaction query that is uploaded outside of the 60 day time frame will automatically be declined.
Commission & Cookie Length
Commission: Base commission is 5% with MLB ticket sales receiving 1%. Publishers have the opportunity to receive a higher commission rate if they drive high new customer rates.
