Terms and Conditions

Brand

The Kiddicare brand name or any variation or misspelling of the Kiddicare brand name should not be bid on any search engines or other Paid For Listings provider.

This also includes ‘brand + generic’ terms.

Affiliates are required to include brand and misspelling terms in their negative keywords list.

The Kiddicare brand or any variation or misspelling of the Kiddicare brand name should not be used in the display URL.

Affiliates are not permitted to register URLs/domains containing the word ‘Kiddicare’ or any misspells.

Affiliates should be responsible in their promotion of the Kiddicare brand and avoid any use which may be interpreted as ‘spamming’.

Voucher code Policy

** Kiddicare do not actively issue discount codes, therefore no new discount/voucher site affiliates will be accepted onto the programme **

Only voucher codes supplied by Kiddicare through Awin should be promoted by affiliates on their websites, newsletter or through any other form or communication.

Affiliates should not display voucher/discountcodes that have been provided for use by other marketing channels or for other affiliates

Affiliates found to be promoting unauthorized discount codes or those issued through other marketing channels will have their sales declined.

All discount/voucher codes must comply with the official IAB guidelines

Please include all relevant T&Cs and an end date must be provided

Sites must not use click to reveal functionality where there is not a valid discount code

Software Applications/Toolbars

Promotion of Kiddicare via Toolbars and software applications is not allowed, unless prior written agreement has been given by either Kiddicare or Awin.

Social Media

Affiliates should not register social media, youtube or any sharing application accounts containing the Kiddicare brand name or any similar references.

Creatives/logo usage

Affiliates are requested not to hardcode banners/logos into their sites so that updates made through the Awin interface will overwrite any previous creatives.

If this is necessary, permission should be obtained from either Awin or Kiddicare before doing so.

Advertising creative and logos have been provided to support the programme and these are regularly updated.

Kiddicare rolled out a brand new identity and logo in 2012, affiliates should ensure that they are using the latest creative.

Bespoke creative can be supplied on request.

Other

Affiliates should not put the Kiddicare website into frames or use masked URL’s – any affiliate found to be promoting Kiddicare in this way will be suspended from the program.

Affiliates can promote Kiddicare via solus emails, however creative sign off must be sought from Kiddicare/Awin before going ahead.
