Balance Box meals are free from refined carbohydrates, sugars and unnecessary additives or preservatives, meaning that the food delivered to your home is as healthy and natural as possible.
We have a variety of plans from our classic box, to our vegetarian, pescatarian and free-from programmes to choose from.
All our prepared meal boxes are delivered direct to your door.

What do we sell
- We sell meal boxes - containing three meals and two snacks per day for one person.
- Choose from - 'Classic' 'Vegetarian' 'Pescatarian' and 'Free From' meal plans
- Our meal boxes come in two sizes - 'market plan' at around 1800 calories per day and 'Lighter plan' at around 1200 calories per day.
How it works
- The customer chooses a menu type and the meal plan size
- They then choose a start date
- Our meals are designed by nutritionists and prepared by chefs
- The meal boxes are delivered nationwide (a few exceptions due to delivery firm logistics), twice per week

(*) Please note, All online sales will initially track at a default value of £10 per sale. The Balance Box team will check AWIN sales against their customer database. Where sales are from new customers the sales will be 'Confirmed'. Where sales are from existing customers the sales will be 'Declined'.
