O.N.S Clothing makes quality menswear for easy modern living. Inspired and built by urban transplants, we aim to be an everyday, all-occasion lifestyle brand that takes the stress out of dressing and living well.
We are a NYC-based men’s lifestyle brand with an overarching objective of providing quality products for easy modern living. We utilize our extensive manufacturing abilities to craft modular, versatile garments for dynamic urban transplants.
SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING - U.S.
United States shipping is done through U.S.P.S. with the following shipping options: 1.) Standard Priority Mail (3-6 Business Days) 2.) Express Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days). When placing an order of $150 or more, O.N.S will waive U.S. domestic standard shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally through UPS and DHL within 5-7 business days, not including foreign custom processing. Duty and import taxes are determined by the local authorities. These additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient. We offer an option of complimentary international shipping for orders over $300. Please note additional fees charged by local authorities are still the responsibility of the recipient or person who made the purchase.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at orders@onsclothing.com. A customer service representative will respond within two business days and provide clear instructions to follow. Merchandise must be unworn with tags intact to be accepted for a refund.
To receive a full refund, the return package must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the date it was shipped. We recommend you use a certified carrier and keep your own records. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. (This applies to both full priced and sale merchandise).
If a customer receives a promo code or discount after a purchase is made, no price adjustments will be made to past purchases. The discount can only be applied to future orders.

Unauthorized Use of Coupons: affiliates will not be commissioned on any transactions of a promotional code that was not provided via the affiliate channel; i.e. unauthorized codes will track at 0% commission.
