We are very keen to promote brand integrity, commitment to eye welfare and personalised customer service. We have an in-house optician and customer service team to ensure our users are well looked after. Contact lenses are a personal and delicate product so affiliates should push these softer elements of the brand to support an increased customer LTV. Any affiliates who outperform others will likely do so by pushing these elements. We measure outperformance by the % of trial sign ups who continue to subscribe to our products after the 10-day free trial period – customer satisfaction and retention is key to our business.
Invalid Leads/Programme Abuse
We are a management team with positive experiences of AWIN and want to replicate this with Waldo. Commissions will only be paid for valid unique trial users who have signed up on a 1 per person basis limit. Fraud is monitored closely and we will spot if there are hoax signups from same IPs, etc.
No bidding on brand terms, or on misspellings. This includes both the brand term and URLs containing the brand term.
You are not permitted to link directly to the Waldo site or to use a redirect to send the customer directly to the Waldo site from a PPC ad.
We ask you to include the term “Waldo” as a negative keyword on all campaigns in order to negate the risk of appearing on “Waldo” brand terms.
No typosquatting allowed. Please be aware that we carefully monitor paid for search on all competitive keywords and ask for your assistance in this process.
Any affiliates found to be bidding on brand terms will be removed from the program and any commission made on these sales will not be paid.
