How it all started…
In 2012, armed with not much more than a coffee grinder, a set of envelopes and a passion for coffee, our Founder, Stephen, set up Pact in his kitchen. His dream was to introduce the UK to better coffee at home, improving millions of mornings and changing the coffee industry for the better.
From harvest to home
We’re proud to source via Direct Trade. To find our incredible beans our Head of Coffee, Will, travels the world to visit growers, tasting hundreds of different coffees in the process.
By trading directly with our farmers we’re able to cut out the middleman and pay farmers a better price for their top quality beans.
Perfectly roasted
All of our coffees are roasted in-house at our London HQ in Bermondsey. Our experienced roasting team see the potential in every bean and come up with a roast profile to match. This helps us bring out the coffee’s unique flavours.
Freshness also has an impact on flavour, that’s why all our coffees are ground and packed within 7 days of roasting.

We know that not everyone has time to wait around for the postman. That’s why our bags of coffee and Pact Pods come in letterbox-friendly packages. Free First Class shipping ensures that when you order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, you’ll get it the very next day.
Affiliate payments & Contact
We pay our affiliates £2.50 per new subscription customer referred to Pact Coffee and 2% commission on all shop sales. We look forward to working with you.
Voucher Code Publishers
All affiliates must only promote discount codes given to them directly via the Affiliate Window
Any affiliates promoting codes which have not been supplied to them directly, will have the sales made using these vouchers reversed. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to remain up to date, and work in accordance with any changes and/or recommendations. Any publisher found promoting against terms will have their commissions revoked.
Terms
An affiliate shall not, without the written consent of Pact Coffee use any Pact Coffee Intellectual Property Rights, including Pact Coffee Names or any confusingly similar name. The affiliate cannot promote via ppc to support marketing activities.
Commission is not payable on any transactions made using a gift voucher.
Affiliates are reminded not to promote any non affiliate codes on their site. If found to be promoting any unapproved codes, they will be asked to remove the codes as soon as possible. If persistently requested to remove non affiliate codes, the affiliates status on the program will be reviewed.
However, any sales that may track with a voucher code from another digital channel within a 24 click to conversion window will remain approved and be awarded £1. Any sales after the 24 hour period will be rejected. Additionally, any sales that include voucher codes from direct partnerships, refer a friend codes and gift card codes will be rejected.
If an affiliate is found in breach of the above they will be removed from the program with commissions revoked.
