- ASDA Money have the right to remove publishers breaching T&C’s
- ASDA Money have the right to remove / reject sites containing content of an illegal, adult, violent or political nature.
- Any affiliates driving activity using unauthorised 3rd party apps, websites or any other platforms imitating the Asda or George brand, may be removed from the program and potentially face legal action.
Influencer/Social/Networks
All ASA Standard compliance to be enforced via your platforms and all social feeds. Failure to do so will result in reporting any complaints to ASA which will result in consequences outside of our control. All Social posts to include #Ad at the very top of the post with your tracking URL and failure to do so will result in suspension of the programme.
Voucher Codes
Affiliates are reminded that only voucher codes specifically issued for affiliates by ASDA are to be promoted
Google Shopping and product ads
Affiliates are NOT permitted to use ASDA product feeds anywhere outside of their own sites. This includes, but is not restricted to, Google Shopping/Adwords Affiliates are NOT permitted to run any Google PLA ads for ASDA products. Any partner doing so will be immediately suspended from the programme.
General Promotion
Affiliates must only promote current offers. Any affiliate found to be consistently promoting out of date offers or pricing will be removed from the programme.
Affiliate Toolbars
Affiliates may not feature ASDA on toolbars without written permission from ASDA or their Affiliate Window Account Manager specifically authorising this promotional method. Acceptance as a member of the ASDA programme does not automatically authorise toolbar traffic.
Adware / Spyware
The use of adware and spyware is strictly forbidden.
Gambling/ Gaming
Affiliates may not feature Asda on a site that promoties gambling or gaming in any way.
PPC Policy
Affiliates must NOT bid on brand terms or any terms including the brand name or URL, including but not limited to:
- ASDA
- www.asda.com
- groceries.asda.com
- adsa
In order to avoid broad and phrase match issues we also require affiliates to add ‘asda’ as a negative into any PPC campaigns they are running.
Direct linking is also NOT permitted to the ASDA site, nor is the use of any pseudo-ASDA URL such as www.asda.info.
Any affiliates driving activity using unauthorised 3rd party apps, websites or any other platforms imitating the Asda or George brand, may be removed from the program and potentially face legal action.
Any affiliate found breaking these programme restrictions risks suspension from the programme, losing any commissions accrued.
