TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All existing and future affiliates / Publishers (such terms are used interchangeably) are required to comply with the below terms. Please note that any failure to comply with any of these terms will result in the issue of a warning and commissions may, at NastyGal’s sole discretion, be reversed. NastyGal reserves the right to withhold commissions in this regard. Continuous breach of any of these terms may, at NastyGal’s sole discretion, result in suspension and / or termination.

1. Creative

Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available through the Awin interface. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those through Awin may take immediate effect.

Anyone found infringing on these terms will receive a warning and may have commissions reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time. Continuous infringement of these terms will result in suspension.

2. I-frames

Affiliates may not put the NastyGal website into frames or use masked URLs.

3. Product Feed

The NastyGal data feed with up-to-the-minute pricing information will be refreshed each day.

Affiliates are requested to make every effort to maintain NastyGal’s most current pricing information in their promotions.


4. PPC - Protected SEM Bidding Keywords


Use of NastyGal Trademarks: NastyGal does not permit Publishers to bid on the NastyGal brand, any of its own brands or any misspelling/variations of these in paid search marketing (PPC). Publishers are also required to negative match these terms in their PPC campaigns. These terms are inclusive of, but not limited to ‘NastyGal.com’, 'NastyGal', ‘NastyGal vouchers’, ‘NastyGal discount’, ‘NastyGal dresses’ and any misspellings of the NastyGal brand. Anyone found infringing on these terms will receive a warning and may have commissions reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time. Continuous infringement of these terms will result in suspension.

 

Non-compete SEM Bidding Keywords

Bidding on the ‘NastyGal’ trademark is not allowed either directly or as part of a broad match. To conform with this ‘NastyGal’ should be applied as a negative match to all PPC campaigns to avoid any broad matching issues. This is inclusive of but not limited to ‘NastyGal.com’, 'NastyGal', ‘NastyGal vouchers’, ‘NastyGal discount’, ‘NastyGal dresses’ and any misspellings of the NastyGal brand. Anyone found infringing on these terms will receive a warning and may have commissions reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time. Continuous infringement of these terms will result in suspension.

 

Special Instructions for Search Marketing Publishers: NastyGal.com has a closed PPC policy. No search affiliates allowed.



5. Discount code / voucher code websites

Voucher affiliates will not be accepted onto the Nasty Gal programme for the time being.

Publishers may only use any coupons or promotional codes that are provided through the affiliate program. For the avoidance of doubt, Publishers may not use any coupons or promotional codes that are not provided through the affiliate program, whether such coupons or promotional codes are available to the public or otherwise.  Any Publisher(s) found to be infringing this term will receive a warning and may, at NastyGal’s sole discretion, have commissions reversed. NastyGal reserves the right to withhold commission in this regard. Continuous infringement of this term may, at NastyGal’s sole discretion, result in suspension and / or termination.


6. Email Marketing

a. All email marketing must be signed off by NastyGal and the account management team.

7. Linking

a. Publishers are allowed to deeplink to a chosen offer or category on the NastyGal site.

8. Affiliate Approvals

All affiliate sites are audited on sign up to ensure any brand compliance issue that may exist are met. Any affiliates without a working URL will be rejected. NastyGal don't allow toolbar affiliates onto their programme.

9. Validations

All commissions will be validated on a 35 day period and NastyGal reserves the right to claim back commission on all returned goods. VAT and Delivery charges do not qualify for commission.

10. Branding

When referencing NastyGal, please ensure that the letters ‘N’ and ‘G’ are capitalised. Please ensure you are also using the most up to date logo which is used on the network profile - if you need different sizes, get in touch. In digital applications, the NastyGal logo should never appear smaller than 35 pixels in height.

11. CSS Google Shopping

CSS Google Shopping activity can only be run with specific written permission from NastyGal
