Affiliates must raise commission queries via the Brand Affiliate Team within seven days of an expected payment. When a fixed CPA is offered the minimum sale value must be equal to the offering.
- Our PPC Rules
Leisure Guard does not allow brand bidding on their affiliate programme. Please ensure that no brand related keywords are used in any paid search campaign.
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any brand terms or misspells, or to include these terms in any search string or display url on any pay per click search engines (including but not limited to Google AdWords, Google Content Network, Yahoo, Overture, Miva, Mirago, AOL search etc.).
Anyone found infringing on these terms will be contacted by the Brand Team. Please note anyone found contravening the T&C’s may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme. In extreme circumstances brand reserve the right to immediately suspend any affiliates found contravening these terms and conditions, declining any commissions accrued from the activity.
- Coupons and Promotional Codes and Voucher Code Websites
Publishers may only use voucher/promo codes provided exclusively through the Awin account program. If you are found to be promoting unauthorised discount codes, commissions will be withheld and you may risk suspension from the Brand Affiliate Program. Codes supplied directly to an affiliate are authorised only for their use.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date, unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme. Please also ensure that you observe all IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.
If your site contains, or includes, any of the following, you will not be eligible to join the brand affiliate programme:
*Hate/offensive/violent content
* Lewd/pornographic content
* Extreme religious or political content
* Abusive or irresponsible promotion of Alcohol, Tobacco or Drugs
* Use of the word "sex" gratuitously or excessively
Travel Insurance is a regulated product so please make sure that all advertising is within the regulatory guidelines of both Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Advertising Standards Agency (ASA).
All policies sold where a price comparison/aggregator cookie is present will not be paid commission. Policies should not track if these cookies are present however if any policies do come through they will not be validated.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
Leisure Guard reserves the right to withdraw or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to affiliates who must adhere to amended Terms and Conditions within 7 days.
