1. Commissions are earned on sales only. FiftyFlowers has the right to review all affiliates and all affiliate sales. FiftyFlowers has the right to refuse or decline any affiliates and affiliate sales based on..
2. All transactions are approved individually. Any fraud, duplicates, system test, or other bogus transactions are not approved, and not paid out. It's the sole discretion of FiftyFlowers.com to determine if transactions are legitimate.
3. Affiliates agree to not use any Fiftyflowers.com Trademarks, Images, Content, or Intellectual Property of any type for activities other than driving affiliate transactions for FiftyFlowers.com, or unless given expressed written consent.
4. Keyword Bidding - Branded Keyword Bidding is NOT allowed. No bidding on any FiftyFlowers.com names, variations, or phonetic pronunciations, or any possible combination of Fifty and Flowers.
5. Competitor Keyword Bidding - It is NOT allowed to bid on any competitor's branded names, such as FTD, Proflowers, 1800Flowers, etc.
6. Any fraud, or attempt to deceive potential customers, or any other illegitimate forms of internet marketing are not permitted. Any transactions determined by FiftyFlowers.com to be fraudulent, or illegitimate, will not be paid, whether past or current. Any affiliate caught using fraud, or illegitimate techniques, will be expelled from the Affiliate Program. Even transactions in the past that have been paid are subject to these terms, and compensation can be deducted from current or future payouts.
7. FiftyFlowers will not accept Discount or Coupon Affiliate Sites; we will not approve any click bait sites, coupon sites, etc.
8. We do not allow PPC Bidding in the FiftyFlowers Affiliate Program. Restrictions being on any names, variations, or phonetic pronunciations, or any possible combination of Fifty and Flowers.
