General Information:
Please be sure to review ALL program terms that are provided before applying to the Plum Pretty Sugar Affiliate Program. ANY publisher found to be non-compliant with ALL program terms will forfeit their access to the Plum Pretty Sugar Affiliate Program and to any commissions that have been earned and not paid out.

Below you will find a PORTION of the program terms for ALL publishers - Refer to the Publisher tab for the remaining program terms for each type of website / content / service provided by the publisher to their customers.

Coupon/Cashback

Currently, Plum Pretty Sugar does not work with any coupon or cashback affiliates. Coupon and cashback affiliates are prohibited from the program. Any affiliates found promoting codes or offers not distributed by Plum Pretty Sugar will be removed from the program immediately.

Search Campaign
You are prohibited from bidding on keywords containing Plum Pretty Sugar trademarked terms or confusingly similar terms or common misspellings, including but not limited to: Plum Pretty Sugar, Pretty Plum Sugar, Pretty Plum, Plum Sugar, Plum Pretty, Bridesmaid Robes, Bridal Robes, Wedding Robes (or anything similar.)

Prohibited Web Sites
You are prohibited from using Plum Pretty Sugar trademark on any adult, pornography, porn, erotic, sex, political or racist keywords or other neagtive and derogatory site content.

Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web Sites
Publishers may use the Plum Pretty Sugar logos and trademarked terms in ad copy and website content but must not act, claim or imply that you are Plum Pretty Sugar.

You are only permitted to use creative and logo’s provided within the interface or by your Affiliate Window account manager. If you require additional banner sizes or creative please contact concierge@PlumPrettySugar.com.

In applying for the Plum Pretty Sugar program you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

Anyone found infringing on these terms will be immediately warned and may have commissions reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time. Persistent infringement of these terms will result in termination of partnership. Reactivation of your account will be decided on a case by case basis.

Branding:

CREATIVE

Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available through the Affiliate Window interface. If custom creative is required please contact concierge@PlumPrettySugar.com.

Your Site May NOT:

• Include ANY variations or misspellings of the brand name (used singularly or in combination with other words) in their domain names.

• Bid on or include ANY variations or misspellings of the brand name (used singularly or in combination with other words) in connection with any search keyword programs and/or search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, any other “pay-for-placement” or “pay-per-click” provider or any new search engine or similar type of technology for similar purposes not yet in existence on the date of this Agreement (collectively referred to as “Search Engines”).
• Register, or seek to register any of Advertiser’s tradenames, trademarks, service marks, domain name or any variation or misspelling thereof, or any name, tradename, trademark or domain name which is confusingly similar to Merchant’s trademarks, tradenames, service marks or domain name.
