Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions:

Enrollment: By enrolling in our affiliate marketing program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Affiliate Relationship: You are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or representative of our Cliptakes Ltd. This affiliate relationship does not create any joint venture, partnership, agency, or fiduciary relationship between the parties.

Promotion: As an affiliate, you will promote our products or services through approved marketing channels, such as websites, social media, or email marketing. You will not engage in any illegal, unethical, or misleading promotional activities.

Commissions: You will earn commissions on eligible sales generated through your unique affiliate links. Commission rates and payment terms will be specified in our affiliate program documentation. Commissions are subject to adjustments for refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activities.

Tracking and Reporting: Tracking and reporting of sales and commissions will be solely conducted through the AWIN affiliate network platform. You are required to have an active AWIN account and comply with their terms and conditions.

Promotion Restrictions: You should not engage in any activities that may harm our brand reputation.

Intellectual Property: You agree not to use our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials without our prior written consent. You may only use approved promotional materials provided by us for marketing purposes.

Modification: We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the updated terms. Continued participation in the affiliate program after modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change the pricing structure of Cliptakes without notice. 

Domain names: Affiliates cannot use any domain names that include Cliptakes or variations of Cliptakes (example; cliptakes-interview.com)

By participating in our affiliate marketing program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
