All advertisements and content from partners must be signed off before publishing.
Discount & Voucher
All expired discounts and vouchers must be removed from the website(s) upon the day of expiry.
All expired discounts and vouchers must not be communicated in any means or form to consumers.
Partners can only publish offers, incentives, codes, and sales pre-approved in writing from an Account Manage representing the brand.
Partners cannot promote any incentive as being eligible to be combined with another form of discount, voucher or cashback unless explicitly stated by the current Affiliate Account Manager.
Validation of Sales
Partners agree to the stipulated validated period.
Transactions that include a non-approved voucher code are not eligible for commission.
Orders
The brand reserve the right to refuse commission on orders that violate the terms and conditions.
SEO
Partners must update ad copy that features in search engine page results to ensure it is consistent with the brand’s tone of voice and its latest offers, discounts and vouchers.
PPC Policy
The brand does not allow PPC.
Domain restrictions

Do not register similar domains
All activity of this kind will result in commissions being declined and retrieval of the domain.
Creative
Affiliates must only use images available within their affiliate account in their promotion. Please contact us if there is an additional size that you require.
Affiliates must not hardcode banners to their sites so that updates made to the creative available through Affiliate Window will automatically have immediate effect.
The brand launches a new set of images on a regular basis and provide promotion banners on an Adhoc basis.
Affiliates agree to send all ad copy and images for inspection before publishing.
Notice and Action
Affiliates agree to action and remedy any request that brings them back in accordance with the program terms in no less than 7 UK working days. Exceptions to this rule are at the Affiliate Account Managers discretion.
Breach of terms
The brand reserve the right to withhold commission payments to any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms.
