Order cancelled |  |  | In line with BCS terms and conditions a customer can cancel an order within a 7 working day cooling off period. In the case, a commission would be cancelled. |
Item was returned |  |  | If an item or items are returned because they are unwanted, within the 7 day cooling off period, then a commission or partial commission may be cancelled. |
Customer failed credit check |  |  | In the case of a fraudulent transaction, and a bank chargeback to BCS, then a commission may be cancelled. Fraudulent transactions are rare, and picked up quickly if they do make it through. |
Breach of programme terms and conditions |  |  | If an affiliate breaches the terms of the BCS affiliate program then a commission may be cancelled. |
Duplicate order |  |  | In the case of an accidental duplicate order by a customer, then one commission would be cancelled. |
Item was out of stock |  |  | If the out of stock item accounts for a small percentage of the total order, then no commission would be cancelled. If it makes up a significant part of an order and no suitable substitute can be sourced, then some or all of a commission may be cancelled. |
