All publishers are prohibited from promoting the M&M's programme through paid search unless you have a written agreement stating otherwise. This includes Google, MSN, Yahoo and any other paid search activity. Publishers found promoting the programme in this way, particularly if they are using the display URL and/or bidding on M&M's brand terms, risk being removed from the programme and having commissions reversed. Publishers are required to apply an appropriate negative match to prevent any broad matching incident.
It is requested that affiliates do not bid on the trademark ‘M&M's, 'MandMs', 'MM's', or any other variations or misspellings of our name. We also request that affiliates do not use our URL ‘www.mymms.co.uk’. Direct linking is not allowed.
M&M's use a third party tracking solution, so please make sure that you retrieve deeplinks to products and product categories from the Affiliate Window interface in order that the smart tags are included in the links. These can be found in the text link category of the programme. If you create deep links yourself sales will not track and you will not be awarded commission.
