1.    Disputed transactions
Affiliates must raise commission queries via the Inghams Affiliate Team within seven days of an expected payment.

2.    Search Engine Marketing & PPC Activity
Inghams runs its own Search Engine Marketing and PPC campaigns. As such, we do not work with PPC affiliates. You are, of course, still permitted to send traffic directly to your website via PPC campaigns, whilst adhering to Inghams' Terms and Conditions below.

a)    Keyword bidding: We do not allow affiliates to bid on keywords containing Inghams registered names or keywords that resemble Inghams terms. These keywords include, but aren't limited to: Inghams, Inghams ski, Inghams skiing, Inghams lakes and mountains, Inghams holidays, inghams mountains, ingham’s, inghams 2012 /2013/2014, Inghams offers, Inghams late deals, inghams travel agents, inghams tours, www.inghams.co.uk, inghams plus, inghams inclusive, inghams luxury, inghams short breaks, inghams santa breaks, inghams Lapland, inghams summer.

b)    Misspellings: We do not allow affiliates to bid on keywords containing or resembling common misspellings of the Inghams brand terms. These include but are not limited to: Ingham, Ingrams, Ingrams holidays, Ighams, Ingham holidays, inhams, ingham travel, Ighmas, ingrams ski, ingams ski, imghams, ingahms, ingrams travel, innghams, inghamski,  www.inghamsholidays.co.uk, nghams.

c)    Long Tail Keywords: We do not allow our affiliates to use the keywords mentioned above as part of "long tail" or “branded term + generic term” key phrases e.g., inghams lakes and mountains special offers , inghams hotelseelos seefeld inghams, inghams tuscany hotels.

d)    Negative Keywords: Inghams would like to remind publishers about the dangers of Google’s extended/expanded broad match functionality. In order to meet our Programme Terms and Conditions you must include the following terms as negative broad match keywords: Inghams, Inghams travel, Inghams holidays, Inghams ski, Inghams skiing, Inghams lakes and mountains, Inghams Lakes, Inghams Mountains, www.inghams.co.uk, www.inghams.com, www.inghamsvillas.co.uk, www.inghamsvillas.com

e)    Outbidding: You must not display PPC adverts that appear in a higher position than those from Inghams’ own PPC Campaigns. If adverts placed by you outrank adverts from an Inghams campaign, you should immediately lower the CPC bid upon Inghams’ request.

f)    PPC Display URLs: You may not use any Inghams name, domain (including but not limited to www.inghams.co.uk, www.inghams.com, www.inghams.ie, or any Inghams country-specific domain or sub-domain (e.g. or uk.inghams.com) as the display URL in a PPC advert. This includes domain names that combine an Inghams registered name with any combination of additional letters, numbers, words, phrases or other characters. This restriction includes domain names containing any misspelling or other variation of any Inghams registered name which may be misleading. In addition, the use of Inghams in the domain after .com is not to be used in any PPC advertising (e.g. www.domain.com/inghams).

g)    PPC advert copy: Please do not use PPC advert copy containing any Inghams registered name. This includes advert copy that combines an Inghams registered name with any combination of additional letters, numbers, words, phrases or other characters. This restriction includes advert copy containing any misspelling or other variation of any Inghams registered name which may be misleading.

h)    Direct linking: PPC adverts should only ever link directly to your website, not re-direct to any Inghams domain, and be represented solely as an affiliate of Inghams. Direct linking to Inghams.co.uk or Inghams.com through PPC is strictly forbidden.

i)    Other Pay Per Click Advertising: The above terms apply to all Pay Per Click activity. In addition to Paid Search, this also includes but is not limited to Social Media advertising, comparison site advertising, directories, online databases and other pay per click text listings.

3.    Inghams Display Advertising
Inghams runs its own Display Advertising campaigns and will provide creatives for affiliates’ use. You are also permitted to develop your own creatives, whilst adhering to Inghams' Terms and Conditions.

a)    Inghams Advert Creatives: All adverts are designed to be placed on your website, not for media buys. Any media activity must be authorised with prior written consent from Inghams. In short: advertising campaigns (pop-ups, pop-unders, "blind network" campaigns etc...) are not permitted without express permission from Inghams.

b)    Your advert creatives: You are permitted to develop your own creatives but they must be authorised with prior written consent from Inghams. Creatives and use of Brand logo must adhere to Inghams Brand guidelines and you must represent yourself solely as an affiliate of Inghams. You are not permitted to pass yourself off as Inghams.

4.    Email marketing
Inghams understand that you may communicate with your users via email. You are permitted to include Inghams’ creatives and links within your email communications but any use of creative you have developed yourselves must be authorised by prior written consent from Inghams. Creatives and use of Brand logo must adhere to Inghams Brand guidelines. You are not permitted to pass yourself off as Inghams and you must represent yourself solely as an affiliate of Inghams.

5.    Social Media
Inghams is active in multiple Social Media communities and so we ask that you do not create groups, specific profiles or web pages in social communities just to promote Inghams products. We understand that you may have your own social media profiles.

a)    Your social media profiles: You are not permitted to pass yourself off as Inghams and you must represent yourself solely as an affiliate of Inghams. Creatives and use of Inghams Brand logo is permitted but must adhere to Inghams Brand guidelines. Any use of your own creatives they must be authorised by prior written consent from the Inghams Affiliate Team.

b)    Your social media communications:  You are not permitted to pass yourself off as Inghams but you must represent yourself solely as an affiliate of Inghams. Creatives and use of Inghams Brand logo is permitted but must adhere to Inghams Brand guidelines. Any use of your own creatives they must be authorised by prior written consent from Inghams. Paid Search / PPC Terms and Conditions (2 a) – 2 i) equally apply to Social Media.

6.    PR Policy and Press Releases
Whilst Inghams recognises the importance of promoting your site and its affiliation with Inghams to drive customers from your site to Inghams.co.uk, we request that all affiliates do not mention Inghams in press releases or written promotional materials without prior written consent from Inghams.

7.    Coupons and Promotional Codes and Voucher Code Websites
Inghams reservations system does not currently work with promotional codes. If coupons and promotional codes are made available in the future , publishers may only use those provided exclusively through the affiliate program.  If you are found to be promoting unauthorised discount codes, commissions will be withheld and you may risk suspension from the Inghams Affiliate Program.

8.    Other Terms and Conditions
a)    Mimicking Inghams: We kindly ask that you do not display adverts or content imitating or mimicking Inghams, suggesting that your ad is served by Inghams in any way or overtly using the Inghams registered name or brand to attract traffic without the purpose of promoting Inghams affiliate sales. You are not permitted to pass yourself off as Inghams but you must represent yourself solely as an affiliate of Inghams.

b)    Landing pages:  All clicks must first land on the publisher’s site. The user must click from the publisher’s site to www.inghams.co.uk. Clicks must never land directly on www.inghams.co.uk without landing first on the publisher’s site. Overlays and masked URLs are NOT permitted.

c)    Unacceptable Content: In order to work with Inghams, your site(s) cannot be associated with any racist, overtly political, vulgar or sexual content that Inghams deems offensive. You must remove all content deemed offensive by Inghams within 24 hours of being notified by the Inghams Affiliate Team.

d)    Use of Logos and Registered Names: The Inghams logo and Inghams owned images cannot be altered or changed. If you require a certain logo or image size that is not available please contact us directly. Use of Inghams Brand logo is not permitted without prior consent from Inghams/Affiliate Window and must adhere to Inghams Brand guidelines.

9.    Changes to Terms and Conditions
Inghams reserves the right to withdraw or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to affiliates who must adhere to amended Terms and Conditions within 7 days.
