Terms and Conditions
All affiliate partners/publishers are encouraged and expected to read and adhere to the terms and conditions detailed below.

All partners/publishers must be contactable within a reasonable time period and provide an email address to contact them. Partners/publishers will agree to regular communication with the brand to provide updates and identify any ways to improve their performance.
It is agreed that before publishing, marketing activity will be sent to the relevant Account Manager for approval.
Partners/publishers agree to present the brand in the same manner that the brand presents themselves. Partners/publishers will take reasonable care to use up to date images, ad-copy and offers in their marketing.
Commission is paid on complete processed orders only (excl. returns, fraud, etc).
Paid Search Policy:
No partner/publisher should run a paid search campaign using the brands terms without written consent.
Comparison Shopping Services:
No partner/publisher should run a CSS campaign using the brands terms without written consent.
No partner/publisher should run a display campaign using the brands terms without written consent.
No partner/publisher should run a social media campaign using the brands terms without written consent.
When the brands breach of the terms is severe enough, and in consultation with an independent third party where available, such as an Affiliate Network Representative, partner/publisher commissions can be refused/declined for transactions relevant to the breach.
Validation and Payment of Commission:
Commissions are payable on genuine transactions and leads. The brand will validate transactions and leads to gauge if they are real.
