The Nutrition2change Academy Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Any Affiliate found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions will be removed from the program and may have any due commissions revoked on investigation.
Commission Approval Criteria
The commission is payable on sales tracked directly through Refersion, attributed to the Affiliate Account ID on the last click wins basis. Commission on sales is paid as follows:
10% Commission awarded for all sales
Sales must be validated by Nutrition2change Academy with confirmation that the customer has enrolled in a course and their payment has gone through successfully. The commission will be paid as long as all terms and conditions have been adhered to. These will be paid on the 1st of every month unless we receive an early payment request via email.
Creative / Banners
Nutrition2change Academy will supply creative in line with current promotions available through the Affiliate Programme. If any Affiliate wishes to use alternative graphical content, this must be submitted to Nutrition2change Academy for approval - once this has been signed-off, this will be free to use by the Affiliate.
PPC Activity / Keywords
We do not currently offer PPC campaigns.
Affiliates are only permitted to use voucher codes that are specifically assigned to them unless a public discount code has been issued across the programme. If a voucher code has been supplied to a specific Affiliate, any sales attributed to another Affiliate using this voucher code may not be approved and commission will therefore be withheld. The commission will not be paid on sales where a code has been used that was not directly supplied to affiliates, this includes voucher codes that are sent to Eagle Education email database and social channels. Voucher codes are available upon request, and available under certain conditions. Please email us if you'd like us to create a voucher code for you.
Vouchers and evouchers
The commission will not be paid on orders where a gift card and/or voucher have been used as a payment method for an order, either as the full payment method or as part payment.
Once a client purchases a course and successfully logs into their course, no cancellations allowed. Should a cancellation occur, the commission will not be paid.
Use of Emails / Email Marketing
Any Affiliate wishing to send out an email on behalf of Nutrition2change Academy must obtain prior approval, with copies of the content supplied where requested. You are welcome to promote the Nutrition2change Academy platform and your voucher code. However, you are not permitted to send out other types of emails on behalf of Nutrition2change Academy unless this has been discussed and agreed upon.
Affiliates must not use any domain names which contain the Nutrition2change Academy brand name or direct variations thereof. However, Affiliates are permitted to use the brand name in the directory URL - e.g. www.affiliates.co.uk/nutrition2change.com
All publishers must be compliant with the Nutrition2change Academy brand which includes listing correct offers, discounts, and costings of products. Affiliates who are displaying non-compliant copy on site will be given a 7 day notice period, after which their commission rate will be set to 0% until the copy is corrected. Failure to comply and correct the copy within 7 days may lead to expulsion from the program based on Nutrition2hange ACademy policy.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with
Your data is shared only within the Nutrition2change academy and its close partners. If you sign up to our newsletter, your name and email address may be passed to Mailchimp so we can add you to our database.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Klarna Payments: In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Your contact information is kept confidential. However, your email may be passed to our partner company for processing so we can add you to our newsletter.

We place an encrypted cookie on your machine when you select ‘remember password’ when logging into the Student Zone. Because it’s encrypted, your information is kept safe and secure.

Within the UK you are protected under the GDPR rules and data protection act of 2018. Your information will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparent. We will only collect the data necessary to carry out the specified, explicit, and legitimate transaction that you have requested. We will sometimes ask that you update your data to ensure we hold accurate information. We will hold data for as long as required to provide the legitimate, specified, and explicit transaction that you have requested. If you do not update your information, we may be forced to remove your details from our system to minimise inaccuracy within our database.
