This Affiliate Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions between us, My Home Furniture and you, regarding participation in our affiliate program. Disclaimer
Except as permitted herein, you shall not and are not authorised to (i) Use The My Home Furniture Logo, Name or any of our other intellectual property, including without limitation, the links and licensed materials (or any variations or misspellings thereof or other term or terms confusingly similar to any of the foregoing) without My Home Furniture's prior permission; (ii) Use My Home Furniture's IP in a name or website name, in any bids for keywords or Google Ads (or similar programs on other search engines), in any search engine advertising (paid or otherwise), in any metatags, key words, advertising, search terms, code, or otherwise; (iii) Act in any way that could cause or create any "initial interest confusion" over the use of My Home Furniture IP on the internet or in any search engine advertising. Your use of My Home Furniture IP for any matter, other than expressly permitted hereunder shall be seen as an infringement of My Home Furniture intellectual property and may be subject to claims for damages if not adhered to.
Discounts & Vouchers
You are not allowed to post any refunds, credits, discounts or vouchers on the My Home Furniture Products and Services, or other content concerning My Home Furniture without My Home Furniture's prior consent in each instance. Affiliates may only use coupons and discounts that are provided exclusively through the Affiliate Program using banners and links. Any violations of the terms surrounding links, vouchers, refunds, credits or discounts shall be considered a breach of this Agreement, and may result in your termination from our Affiliate Program or the withholding of Commission Fees.
Orders
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject orders that do not comply with certain requirements that we may establish from time to time. All aspects of order processing and fulfillment, including My Home Furniture's services, cancellation, processing, refunds and payment processing will be our responsibility. Any rejected or refunded or will not be applicable for commission.
Commission
We reserve the right to change our commission structure. You will be paid the commission stated at the time of an order being placed.
Confidentiality
Each of the parties hereto agrees that all information including, without limitation, the terms of this Agreement, business and financial information, shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be used for any purpose outside the terms of this Agreement.
