Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions are applicable on any ad platform, including, but not limited to search engines, content networks and social networking ad placements.

PPC

In order to avoid any broad matching issues, affiliates must add Hughes, Hughes Rental and hughes.co.uk as negative keywords in all paid search activity.

Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on brand searches.

Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on misspells or variations of brand searches.

Unless explicit permission has been given, no affiliate is allowed to perform direct linking PPC activity to the Hughes Rental website, this includes using the Hughes Rental website as a display URL.

Affiliates also must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.

Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain or sub folder.

Anyone found infringing on these terms will be contacted by the Hughes Affiliate Team.

Voucher Code Policy

Affiliates generating sales associated with voucher codes not intended for their use or without Hughes' permission will have their sales being declined and ultimately programme suspension if persistent.

Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise.

Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired will be suspended from the programme.

Commission

See below the basic commission rates Hughes Rental offers:

CPL: £5 (For every lead generated) 

New customer CPA: £25

Existing customer CPA: £10

Please note anyone found contravening the T&C’s may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme.

In extreme circumstances, Hughes reserve the right to immediately suspend any affiliates found contravening these terms and conditions, refusing any commissions accrued from the activity.
