Affiliates agree to not promote on sites that include: hacking, illegal drug use, downloading of pirated software or any other unlawful activity.
Hateful or racist and/or any other discriminatory content.
Affiliate sites must adhere to all ethical standards of advertising as outlined by the FTC
Affiliates agree not to alter the provided html code for all text ans banner links.
Affiliates agree not to create any unauthorized advertisements or banner ads.
Affiliates agree to not promote LoanMart offers using Adware, Cookie Stuffing, Domain Squatting, IP Spoofing, IFrames.
Affiliates agree to not misrepresent the brand and/or the campaign offer.
Affiliates agree to not promote LoanMart offers using fake and non existent coupon codes.
Affiliates agree to the search marketing policies of the programs campaign.
Prohibitted keywords include: LoanMart, 800LoanMart, 1800LoanMart, ChoiceCash
Affiliates agree to not use Direct linking or url displays in any paid ad.
Affiliates agree to negatively match all protected brand keywords.
Affiliates are not allowed to bid on LoanMart protected Trademark terms including mis-spellings and brand names.
Affiliates are not allowed to bid on any trademark terms, misspellings, trademark plus terms or product names. Affiliates must negative match the brand name, trademarks and product names in all campaigns, including but not limited to the following: LoanMart, LoanMart.com, Loan-Mart, 800LoanMart, etc.. Publishers are not allowed to use the term LoanMart or it's derivatives in the Display URL
Affiliates are not allowed to use the phrase “official” web site in a Paid Search Ad..
Affiliates are not allowed to link directly to LoanMart.com from a Paid Search ad.
Publishers must adhere to the AWIN Publisher guidelines & Terms of Service at all times.
