For the purposes of the Terms, “Sale” shall mean: A confirmed offline sale of a health insurance policy is when a customer ultimately purchases an insurance policy from AXA Health SME via an affiliate link and is then validated after the 14 days ‘cooling off’ period.
Sales will track at quote level in the first instance. Quote reference data will be matched with offline sales data by AXA Health SME to verify genuine sales. Quote commission amount in Awin will then be amended to reflect full commission amount (£75)
Validated sales are attributed to affiliates who generated the last click on a standard 30 day cookie
The Commission payable per validated sale by Awin, validated by Equator on behalf of AXA Health SME, to the Publisher in respect of this specific programme shall be notified to the Publisher following acceptance of the Affiliate onto that Programme by AXA Health SME and agents acting on their behalf.
Only approved copy and creatives may be used by publishers. All creative and copy used must be from the centrally hosted bank of approved copy and banners in the AWIN system.
AXA Health SME has not provided any voucher codes to the affiliate channel and therefore sales achieved with the use of voucher codes will not be paid out on, unless an ad hoc agreement is made.
The programme does not pay commission on policy renewals.
Sales will be validated within 75 days and after which time AXA Health SME reserves the right to reject any disputed transactions without investigation.
