Please note that due to margins, publishers who are promoting clearance and sale items only will be on 3% commission.

As Boden runs a successful in-house PPC advertising campaign, we have prepared the following guidelines to ensure there is no conflict between ourselves and our affiliates.
In order to qualify for a Boden affiliate, you must accept these conditions.

Please note that Boden are currently only accepting new affiliates that have a strong content focus in the verticals of fashion, lifestyle or parenting. This is so that we can have greater control of our branding within the affiliate channel.

• Boden are no longer able to work with discount code affiliates unless discussions are currently open regarding targeted campaigns around core KPIs.
• Boden do not work with voucher and deals sites through sub affiliate networks, and these partnerships have to be directly with Affiliate Window. 
• Boden do not work with resellers. 
• Boden do not work with toolbars or browser extensions.

Use of voucher codes

Please note that Boden are currently only accepting new affiliates that have a strong content focus in the verticals of fashion, lifestyle or parenting. This is so that we can have greater control of our branding within the affiliate channel.

Boden are no longer able to work with discount code affiliates unless discussions are currently open regarding targeted campaigns around core KPIs.

Publishers of the Boden programme are encouraged to promote codes, offers and deals that are communicated via by The Boden Affiliate Team or Affiliate Window Account Managers. Publishers are only permitted to promote codes, offers and deals that are not communicated via the affiliate channel on the premise that these are tracked through a separate affiliate account with set CPA limits.

If an exclusive voucher code supplied to a specific affiliate is found to be used by other another affiliate, Boden reserve the right to withhold payment of commission on any related affiliate sales.

Affiliates found to be breaching these terms and conditions will have commissions declined, and ultimately be suspended from the programme.

Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless affiliates are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as expired may be suspended from the programme.

DO


·Bid on generic keywords - for example, women's clothing catalogue, men's formal shirts.
·Negatively bid on "Boden" so as not to appear under brand term searches.

DON´T


·Link directly to the Boden website, or use an URL redirect to take the customer directly to the Boden website from a PPC advert.
·Bid on the keyword ‘Boden’, 'Johnnie B’ and ‘Mini Boden’ or any misspelling of ‘Boden’ e.g. Bodem, bowden, bodum, bodden etc
·Bid on any keyword phrase containing the keyword ‘Boden’ or any misspelling of Boden e.g. www.boden.co.uk, www.bodenusa.com, www.bodendirect.com, www.miniboden.com, www.jpboden.co.uk, www.jpboden.com, john boden, johnnieboden, www.bowden.com, bodun clothing, bodannusa etc
Use Boden brand terms in ad titles or body or PPC ad.
·Buy, own or bid on any domain names with the word ‘Boden’ or misspellings of ‘Boden’ in the URL. For example, wwwbodenusa.com, wwwboden.co.uk, wwwboden.co.uk
·Display Boden garments on Froogle™ as we have our own Froogle™ feeds already in place
·Conduct any form of typosquatting. Typosquatting is a form of cybersquatting which directs a person to a false website when they enter a misspelling of the intended website. For example, www.bodan.co.uk, www.bodunusa.com


Boden take the above guidelines very seriously and reserve the right to deny commission for the month that an affiliate has been keyword bidding or typosquatting. Boden will also consider banning affiliates who ignore these guidelines.
