Welcome to the Ampler Affiliate Program! By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before promoting our brand.
1. About Ampler
Ampler is a European e-bike company based in Estonia. We design and build lightweight, stylish, and intuitive electric bikes for urban commuting and everyday life. Affiliates help us share our vision of smarter, cleaner mobility.
2. Commissions & Payments
Commission is earned on valid, approved sales referred via your affiliate links.
Commission rates are defined within the Awin interface and may vary by campaign or promotion.
Orders cancelled, refunded, or identified as fraudulent are not eligible for commission.
Payments are managed by Awin according to their standard payout schedule.
3. Tracking & Attribution
Sales are tracked via Awin cookies and technology.
Standard cookie duration: [adjust according to Awin setup, e.g. 30 days].
De-duplication rules apply against other paid channels (e.g. PPC brand bidding, display, direct partnerships).
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may use approved creatives, logos, and product images provided by Ampler.
Content must represent Ampler accurately, with no misleading claims or unverified discounts.
Affiliates may not:
Bid on Ampler brand terms (including misspellings) in paid search.
Use Ampler trademarks in domain names, social handles, or ads without permission.
Create false or misleading promotions, including fake discounts.
Email marketing is permitted only in compliance with GDPR and applicable spam laws.
5. PPC Policy
Brand PPC bidding: Not allowed.
Generic PPC bidding: Allowed, as long as it does not mislead or compete directly with Ampler’s own campaigns.
Display advertising: Allowed if placements are relevant and high-quality.
6. Content & SEO Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to create original, valuable content (reviews, comparisons, lifestyle features).
Thin or duplicate content sites may be removed from the program.
Affiliates should link directly to Ampler’s official website using provided tracking links.
7. Compliance & Termination
Affiliates must comply with all relevant advertising, privacy, and consumer laws.
Any activity deemed fraudulent, misleading, or harmful to Ampler’s brand may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Ampler reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes.
