| Affiliates are not authorized to use domain names that contain Chain Reaction Cycles trademarks, nor any connotation of this trademark or domain that illegitimately associates Chain Reaction Cycles with third party sites. |

| Due to the return period available at Chain Reaction Cycles, all transactions are subject to a 60 day validation period. |
| VAT is only included in the sales value of the transaction for the UK shipping address. |
| All transactions and inquiries must be submitted within 60 days from the date of sale. Chain Reaction Cycles reserves the right to refuse sales after such period. |

| Chain Reaction Cycles is de-duplicating all payment sources and will only accept commissions through affiliates with last minute clicks. We value the content of our pages and their contributions to sales. Content Affiliates will earn commissions on click-through sales and organic sales they have contributed to. |

| Chain Reaction Cycles occasionally works with individual affiliates for coupon codes, offering specific coupons intended to promote only that web publisher. It will be uploaded to AWIN and will be considered limited to said affiliate and not for extended use. Any transaction using said voucher for a purchase that is not the affiliate's intent will be declined. |
| Web publishers may only promote discount vouchers that have been issued through the affiliate channel. If a web publisher is detected promoting discount vouchers that have not been issued through the affiliate channel, the commissions pending payment will be reset to zero and the transactions will be rejected (in which the discount codes have been used). Please do not post any discount codes on your website that have not been issued directly to you by Chain Reaction Cycles (including discount codes on Chain Reaction Cycles' website or sent via email). |

| Affiliates are not authorized to use any of the following price comparison services on which Chain Reaction Cycles advertises, including but not limited to: |

| Chain Reaction Cycles will not pay any commission for orders that have been paid for via a Chain Reaction Cycles Gift Voucher. |
As an approved subnetwork you are and will be responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations related to partners on your platform. When reporting traffic and sales back to Wiggle/ Chain Reaction programmes, you must use the click reference parameter (clickref) to identify the publisher and inform us of the last referring sub-publisher URL that drove the sale. Partners that do not comply will be suspended from ALL Wiggle/ Chain Reaction programmes.

| Chain Reaction Cycles uploads information daily to the AWIN interface which contains an updated list of items and prices. We ask affiliates to constantly update the prices on their web pages by downloading the feed on a daily basis. |
| The article feed can only be used on the web pages themselves and not on third party price comparison pages such as Kelkoo where merchants have their own direct activities. This applies to all countries, not just the UK. |
| If you are found to have used the item feed for any reason other than promoting Wiggle items, it will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions. |
| Affiliates can only promote active offers. Any affiliate who promotes offers or prices with an incorrect or expired date will be removed from the affiliate program. |

| Affiliates may only use collateral and content provided by Chain Reaction Cycles or AWIN on behalf of Chain Reaction Cycles (ie all collateral must be downloaded from the AWIN interface). Such material may not be edited or modified except with the written consent of the Chain Reaction Cycles Affiliate Manager. |
| We ask our affiliates not to encode the banners on their web pages so that creative updates can be made. |

Mobile App Tracking
App to app tracking is not yet available and so transactions made on the app will not yet be eligible for commission. Tracking is available on our mobile website and so we would like to encourage you to continue directing traffic to the mobile version of the website where appropriate. If you are a cashback or loyalty publisher who passes on the commission to your users, we urge you to update the relevant terms and conditions for Wiggle on your website or app to make this clear. |

Periodic violation of these terms and conditions will result in permanent removal from the program and the cancellation of all commissions. |
