Welcome to the LIVLY Affiliate Program! We’re excited to partner with you. Below are the detailed terms and conditions that govern our affiliate relationship.1. Enrollment in the Affiliate ProgramTo apply for our affiliate program, please complete the application on the ShareASale platform. We’ll review your application and respond with your acceptance status. We reserve the right to reject any application for reasons including, but not limited to, content deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with our brand values.2. Affiliate Obligations and PromotionUpon acceptance, you will be granted access to our range of promotional materials. As an affiliate:•You agree to use the provided materials in a manner that is respectful and in line with our brand image. No illegal activities, violent behavior, sexual behavior, alcohol, tobacco, animal abuse, or other similar activities can be a part of the LIVLY affiliate campaign.•You are encouraged to include links on your site and within your social media to promote LIVLY.•All promotions should include information on promotions, discounts, or other key selling points as communicated in the affiliate dashboard.3. Commissions and Payment•Affiliates will earn a commission of 12% for each sale made through a tracked affiliate link, with an attribution window of 45 days. •Commissions are paid out monthly for sales generated in the previous month.•All payments are processed and managed via the ShareASale platform.4. PPC Bidding RulesPublishers are prohibited to bid on the following:Branded/trademarked terms:LIVLYLIVLY ClothingLIVLY Baby Clothing LIVLY Baby Clothes LIVELY Childrens Clothing Paid Search publishers are also not allowed to use the brand name LIVLY in:Display URLTitle & Ad Copy5. Order Processing, Reports, and Tracking•LIVLY is responsible for order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.•ShareASale will provide tracking of all sales made through your affiliate links using their system which is accessible via your affiliate account.•You can access real-time reports through ShareASale to view details regarding the traffic and sales you have generated.6. Policies, Pricing, and InventoryCustomers who purchase products through this program are considered customers of LIVLY. Therefore, all rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales apply to these customers.7. Intellectual Property•You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our logos, trademarks, and promotional materials as provided in the affiliate program.•You are not permitted to modify any branding or marketing materials without prior written permission from LIVLY.8. Term and TerminationThe term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will continue unless terminated by either party. Either you or LIVLY may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice or through the ShareASale portal.9. ModificationLIVLY may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Notification of any changes will be sent through the ShareASale portal.10. Liability and IndemnificationLIVLY will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages resulting from affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of "intents of harm" to the program. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIVLY from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or events arising from your participation in this program.11. AcceptanceBy submitting your application to the LIVLY Affiliate Program, you affirm and acknowledge that you have read this agreement in its entirety and agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept all the terms of this agreement, please do not apply for or participate in the affiliate program.
