Honiture Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Honiture Affiliate Programme. By joining, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. These guidelines are designed to ensure a fair and successful partnership for all parties involved.
1. Commission Structure
Earn competitive commissions ranging from 5% to 12%, determined by your performance and promotional strategies.
Commission is calculated on the net transaction value, excluding VAT/sales tax, shipping fees, credit card charges, and additional service fees.
2. Tracking & Payment
Our standard cookie duration is 30 days.
Only valid and completed transactions will be eligible for commission.
Orders are reviewed and approved within 30 to 60 days post-purchase.
Commission is paid via AWIN’s payment schedule once the order is verified.
3. Ineligible Transactions
Commissions may be declined for the following reasons:
Order cancellation or full/partial refund
Customer fails a credit check
Duplicate or fraudulent orders
Out-of-stock product at the time of dispatch
Violation of programme terms and conditions
4. Paid Search Policy
Brand bidding is strictly prohibited. This includes direct or broad match bidding on "Honiture", misspellings, or domain variations.
You may not include brand terms in ad copy, display URLs, titles, or meta descriptions.
Honiture brand terms must be added to your negative keyword list across all campaigns.
PPC activity must not compete with our internal advertising campaigns.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Only use discount codes provided or officially approved by Honiture.
Content must accurately reflect Honiture product details, features, and pricing.
Misleading, exaggerated, or unauthorized claims are not allowed.
Coupons or deals must be valid and clearly dated.
6. Branding Guidelines
Use of our official logo and brand color #00D0CD is encouraged to maintain visual consistency.
Logos may not be altered, distorted, or used in misleading ways.
Marketing materials should align with Honiture’s brand values: innovation, quality, and trust.
7. Restricted Content & Conduct
Affiliates may not promote adult content, illegal activities, violence, hate speech, or age-restricted products.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate that violates ethical or legal standards.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving fraudulent activity, brand abuse, or breach of these terms.
Please note – this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period.
